I. Preliminary Provisions

1. These terms and conditions outline the rules for electronic services provided by the Code Your Path Foundation, located in Warsaw, 01-575, at 19/21 / 25 Ks. Jerzego Popiełuszki Street, NIP: NIP 5252989214, KRS: 0001082830, REGON: 527514662, hereinafter referred to as the Foundation, enabling individuals using the domains of www.codeyourpath.eu to make monetary donations supporting the Foundation’s statutory activities.

2. Whenever these terms mention www.codeyourpath.eu, it refers to any of its subpages within the codeyourpath.eu domain that facilitate payments.

3. The term “Donor” in these terms refers to any individual using the sites www.codeyourpath.eu to make a donation.

4. By using the site to make a donation, the Donor acknowledges and confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

5. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available to Donors on the site www.codeyourpath.eu.

II. Donation Procedures on the Website

1. Donations can be made by completing the necessary details and clicking “DONATE” (‘WPŁAĆ’ – PL) on the pages codeyourpath.eu domain. After clicking the link, follow the instructions provided by the payment operator.

2. Donations on the codeyourpath.eu domain are facilitated through payment operator:

   • PayU SA, headquartered in Poznań, at 186 Grunwaldzka Street, 60-166 Poznań, NIP 7792308495, REGON 300523444, KRS 0000274399.

3. Donations can be made via electronic transfer, credit/debit card, and mobile payment system BLIK.

4. Donor payments are protected by a secure SSL certificate, ensuring all transmitted information is encrypted.

5. Donations can be made as one-time contributions or recurring donations, allowing for regular, monthly contributions from the specified payment card to the Foundation.

6. When making a donation, the Donor can select one of the suggested amounts on the codeyourpath.eu domain or enter an amount of their choice in the “Other” field.

III. Recurring Donations

1. By choosing to make a recurring donation, the Donor agrees to monthly charges by the Payment Operator from their payment card in the amount specified by the Donor.

2. The recurring donation will be charged by the Payment Operator once a month.

3. The Donor can save their card details and set up a standing order for recurring payments. Card details are stored by the payment operator, who provides a payment token for recurring payments, enabling the Donor to make regular donations to the Foundation.

4. The Foundation does not store or process Donor card details (credit or debit) in its IT system. These details are provided solely to the Payment Operators by the Donor.

5. Donor details, title, and payment amount are provided to the payment operator by the Foundation. The order is registered after receiving the payment from the Donor.

6. The payment operator does not charge the Donor for the service. The entire donation amount is transferred to the Foundation’s account. The payment operator charges the Foundation a commission and additional fees.

7. If there are insufficient funds or the authorization limit is too low, the declared amount will not be charged.

8. When the Donor’s card expires, the charges will cease, and donations will not be collected. The Donor can resume donations after renewing the card and re-establishing the regular payment on the site www.codeyourpath.eu with the new card.

IV. Personal Data

Methods of processing Donor personal data by the Code Your Path Foundation are described in the Privacy Policy.

VI. Complaints, Cancellation of Recurring Payments, Refunds

1. In case of issues with making a one-time or recurring donation, please report them to the Foundation at sanjar@codeyourpath.eu.

2. The Donor can file a complaint directly with the payment operator if the services specified in the payment operators’ terms are not fulfilled or are carried out contrary to their provisions.

3. The Donor can cancel the recurring payment at any time by contacting the Foundation at sanjar@codeyourpath.eu Please include “Cancellation of Donation” in the subject line and information such as name and email address provided during the setup of recurring payments. The payment will be canceled from the month following the month in which the Donor reported the cancellation.

4. Donors have the right to request a refund within 7 days of making the donation. To request a refund, send an email to sanjar@codeyourpath.eu with “Refund Request” in the subject line. The payment, minus transfer costs, will be refunded within 7 working days from the date the request is received by the Foundation.
