Hi there,

Nice to see you here:) I founded CodeYourPath with a simple goal: to help refugees and migrants learn IT skills. I believe that learning at least one IT skill is crucial for everyone in the modern world. For refugees and migrants who face many barriers in their lives, it’s necessary to have free access to IT education and a supportive community. Therefore, we will do our best to assist them on their journey. Technology is evolving every second, and in the next 30 years, the world will undergo complete change. Knowing IT skills will be essential for personal growth and achieving a better lifestyle. Don’t waste your time; start coding your career path today!

If you want to know about my background, here is a short info:

Status: Refugee
Highest Education: Journalism, Tajikistan
IT Education: DS Bootcamp, Self-taught Digital Marketer, Low-Code Developer
Hobbies: I enjoy creating digital content, singing songs while walking, playing chess, cycling, and meeting new talents.

I believe that everyone can improve their life for a brighter future. If you don’t, contact me, and I will help you.

Thanks for your interest. If you like what we do, feel free to join and support us by learning, volunteering, donating, and/or becoming our partner. Let’s code the best future together!

Hello,

I am the President of the Association for Legal Intervention. I’m a lawyer, an anti-discrimination trainer, and an author of publications on migration, discrimination, and human rights. As a recipient of the Alfred Landecker Democracy Fellowship, I develop innovations to improve access to legal assistance for groups at risk of exclusion.

CodeYourPath is an initiative that combines the elements I value most: innovation and empowering individuals with refugee experience. Besides, it’s simply a fantastic idea involving wonderful people.

I believe that education is a real tool for leveling the playing field and enabling social advancement.

A bit about my background: I specialize in human rights and migration and asylum law. Since 2018, I have also been the president of the Association for Legal Intervention, an organization that provides legal support to individuals with migration and refugee experience.

In my free time, I love everything historical: museums, movies, and books.

Thanks for your interest. If you like what we do, feel free to join and support us by learning, volunteering, donating, and/or becoming our partner. Let’s code the best future together!

Hi, my name is Marek and I have a pleasure to help the team of CodeYourPath.

I have over 20 years of professional experience in mostly HR & Tech companies such as Randstad, HAYS, ManpowerGroup, having managed international teams and I’m a co-founder of a boutique international IT recruitment and outsourcing consultancy.

I worked as a language and business trainer myself having graduated from
Linguistics as well as Marketing & Management.

This combination of training, recruitment, company management as well as IT experience should allow me to advise the CodeYourPath team and help them
develop this great idea of empowering refugees and migrants to upskill and join the workforce of the country they currently reside in.

In my free time, I try to travel and meet new people. Thanks to it I’ve had a chance to see several countries and meet a lot of people from various backgrounds and I can see that many places lack such an initiative like CodeYourPath.

With this in mind, do contact me if you’d like to learn more about CodeYourPath and how your organization can contribute to this great initiative.

Hello, Natalia is here.  I’ve worked with refugees since 2016. Over the years, I’ve met hundreds of refugees and migrants and witnessed their struggles to adapt to a new reality and rebuild their lives. CodeYourPath not only helps them learn new IT skills but also helps them find a new direction in life. Both aspects are invaluable.

Education is a key to the world for me. It unlocks different aspects and areas of life. Helping others in their educational journey is like a quest in a fantasy game: together, we search for the key or fit it into a new part of the map.

A bit about my background: I graduated from the Institute of Oriental Studies at the University of Warsaw and spent most of my professional life as a translator. Now, I run a foundation that supports refugees, including helping refugee children with their education. At CodeYourPath, I share my experience in running a non-profit organization.

In my free time, I’m an avid bookworm. I spend my vacations in nature, catching up on my reading.

Thanks for your interest. If you like what we do, feel free to join and support us by learning, volunteering, donating, and/or becoming our partner. Let’s code the best future together!
