Free AI workshops for work and business

Join us for free AI workshops to work on your CV, practise interviews or test a business idea.

The programme is for refugees and migrants in Poland who are looking for work, changing careers or exploring a small business. We start with the basics and practise using AI on tasks connected to your own goals.

What we’ll practise

During the first two weeks, we’ll learn how to give AI tools clear instructions, improve a draft and check whether an answer is reliable.

You’ll practise working with documents and using AI to help with Polish workplace or customer communication. We’ll also look at which personal information to keep out of AI tools and what to check before sending an application or sharing work with a customer.

After these introductory sessions, you’ll choose a focus.

If you’re looking for work

We’ll use real job descriptions to explore suitable roles and understand what employers are asking for.

You’ll work on:

● A CV that accurately presents your skills and experience.
● A tailored CV and application messages for suitable vacancies.
● Your LinkedIn profile or another relevant professional profile.
● Interview practice, with feedback on your answers.
● A simple way to track applications and follow-ups.

AI can help you organise and express your experience. We’ll check the wording together so your applications remain truthful and sound like you.

If you’re exploring a business idea

You can join with an early idea. We’ll work on understanding the customer’s problem and gathering feedback before spending money on a launch.

You’ll practise:

● Preparing questions for conversations with potential customers.
● Using what you learn to improve or reconsider your idea.
● Writing a clear offer and estimating delivery costs.
● Preparing a quotation and samples of your work.
● Creating content with AI and checking it before sharing.
● Planning how to approach potential customers.

By the end, you’ll have evidence to help you decide what to do next.

What you’ll leave with

You’ll build a small portfolio during the programme.

For the job-search focus, this can include your CV, application messages, professional profile and interview feedback. For the business focus, it can include your offer, quotation, work samples and customer feedback.

In the final week, you’ll review your work, complete a practical task independently and prepare a plan for the next 30 days.

How the sessions work

Each week combines a two-hour online session with a three-hour practical lab in Warsaw.

Sessions include short demonstrations, time to work on your own tasks and opportunities to ask questions and review work with other participants. Plan for around one to two hours of practice between sessions each week.

The required activities use free AI tools. You can participate with a laptop or phone, with simpler alternatives for tasks that are harder to complete on a phone.
