Recently, Poland has become a great destination for many top IT companies. According to the report produced by Skill Value, Poland ranks 3rd in the world in terms of developing skills. 1

Poland on the other hand has been a very conducive environment for foreigners who come to study, work, and do some businesses. Not minding other compelling factors that could have attracted expats to Poland, the most visible remains the serene atmosphere. Poland is relatively peaceful and is ranked 32nd peaceful country in the world.2

While Poland is greatly respected for her great hospitality to foreigners and expats alike, there this great pool of talents and immigrants are often faced with great challenges. From the foregoing, it is glaring visible that IT skills are on a high demand now especially in Poland. Interestingly, the most recent report by the European Union titled; “Skills in transition, the road to 2035” is a great forecast into the future demanding skills in Poland.
